According to the Irish Sun, the woman — who is in her 20s — claims it all went down on July 17th, while Conor’s yacht was off the Balearic islands in Spain.
The woman reportedly claimed she was on-board as part of Conor’s birthday celebration bash — when things turned south.
The alleged victim reportedly told investigators she was assaulted “in her swimming dress” and suffered bruising as a result.
The exact allegations have not been made public.
The woman reportedly took a speedboat to shore and reported the incident to local authorities but felt there was an issue because nobody at the Spanish police station spoke English.
The Sun reports the woman eventually returned to Ireland and filed a report with authorities at the Sundrive Garda station in Crumlin.
However, the Sun reports the Guardia Civil (Spanish law enforcement) has “ruled out that the perpetrator was Conor McGregor himself or that he was even involved in the incident.”
Now, according to The Sun, officials are investigating the incident — and are searching through surveillance footage to try and find out exactly what happened.
So far, Conor has not commented publicly about the situation. But the investigation has not stopped him from going back on the water.
Just last week, he posted — and then deleted — a video showing what appeared to be a romantic interaction with his fiancee Dee Devlin while aboard the family yacht.
