Santa Floyd is in the holiday spirit this year!
Boxing legend Floyd Mayweather must be in the giving spirit this holiday season because the undefeated fighter just put his Santa hat on and gave out one of the best Christmas gifts ever… a brand new Rolex!!!
It was a normal Thursday night for Floyd, who was sitting courtside at Crypto.com Arena to take in the LA Clippers game as they were hosting the Phoenix Suns. Floyd wasn’t the only big name in attendance, because TBE was joined by other VIP personnel such as Deon Taylor, who is producing Floyd’s ‘GOAT’ documentary, accompanied by pals James McNair and Jona Rechnitz.
Aside from his prestigious company, the highlight of the night was no doubt the Christmas surprise Santa Floyd had in store for one of his favorite stadium employees, and Inside Fighting has exclusive footage of the special moment.
The video is awesome. It starts off with Floyd joined by a courtside waitress who’s been serving Floyd as long as he’s been attending LA basketball games, with the boxing icon explaining how much he’s appreciated her longstanding service and friendship.
“So, I had to get her something for Christmas. She’s always taking care of me, so I gotta take care of her.”
That’s when Floyd pulls out a custom case from Rolex with a brand new watch inside. As you can imagine, her reaction is incredible. At a loss for words, all she could do was stare at her new bling and give Floyd a hug and a thank you. It’s truly a special moment and most likely one she will never forget.
As for the watch, it was purchased at Angel City Jewelers in Los Angeles, and based on the photo of Floyd posing up with the store owner Isaac, The Money Man couldn’t have been happier to make such a generous purchase.
It’s not the first time we’ve seen Floyd dish out some serious cash to show appreciation for his loved ones. Just a few months ago we caught up with Floyd in Las Vegas where he happily dropped nearly $500k to get a gift for his grandson.
We could all use a friend like Floyd Mayweather this Holiday Season.
