JAKE PAUL TURNS DOWN COWBOY CERRONE FIGHT, ‘I’M TIRED OF BEATING UP OLD DUDES!’ | Inside Fighting

Jake Paul is done beating up old guys. The ‘Problem Child’ told The Schmo that he’s ready for competition around his age – but that they’re all afraid to face him.

Paul didn’t know Cerrone was interested in the fight until The Schmo told him, but Jake didn’t seem keen on the matchup. “I’m kind of tired of beating these old dudes up like that,” Paul responded. “I’m just trying to get someone in there who is younger, but they’re all scared. They’re just trying to protect their record.”

Donald ‘Cowboy’ Cerrone expressed interest in a boxing match against Paul during an appearance on Thicc Boy Studios, stating he’d love an opportunity to capitalize on “the Jake Paul phenomenon.”

“Would I like to fight him? How could I say no to millions of dollars!” Cerrone stated. “I would definitely go out there and do it.”

Cerrone retired from the UFC in July, 2022 after losing to Jim Miller at UFC 276 and has since begun a career in acting. Meanwhile, Jake Paul is coming off a unanimous decision victory over 47-year-old Anderson Silva from their bout in October, 2022.

It’s unclear who Jake Paul is targeting for his next opponent, though it appears he’d like someone a bit closer to his age (25).
