Mike O’Hearn Says Jon Jones Would Destroy Him in MMA (video)
Mike O’Hearn is a legend in the world of bodybuilding – but he has no misunderstanding of what would happen if he challenged a guy like Jon Jones to a MMA bout.
O’Hearn spoke exclusively with Inside Fighting’s Andrew Capucetti at Karate Combat 43 in Las Vegas, explaining how Jon “Bones” Jones would make quick work of him inside a cage, despite his judo black belt.
“Absolutely not,” O’Hearn responded when asked about a showdown against Jones. “I can’t take those guys out.”
There may be some bodybuilders out there who are delusional enough to think their big muscles are enough to beat professional fighters – but Mike O’Hearn ain’t one of them.
