Mike Perry Annihilates Eddie Alvarez, Breaks His Face at BKFC 56
Mike Perry defeats Eddie Alvarez via TKO in Round 2
‘Platinum’ Mike Perry is the King of Violence.
He lived up to his moniker at BKFC 56 – absolutely battering former UFC lightweight champion Eddie Alvarez. With Alvarez badly bloodied and bruised, his corner was forced to throw the towel in the second.
The beating was so bad that Alvarez revealed during the post-fight press conference that he suffered a fractured orbital bone during the fight.
Alvarez was able to find some shots in the first round – also bloodying up Perry. But the carnage of Bare Knuckle proved to be too much – the sport that Joe Rogan has stated that Mike Perry is particularly suited for. He showed that and then some last night, continuing his reign as BKFC’s biggest star – and most dominant champ.

Perry was quick to make a callout he’s made before – the biggest fight in combat sports.
Conor McGregor.
Mike Perry and Eddie Alvarez just went to WAR in BKFC. That was incredible to watch. Eddie's corner stopped it after two rounds. Mike Perry is the King of Violence. He's really found his combat sports calling in BKFC.pic.twitter.com/2tHaQMueBV

McGregor and Perry famously faced off after Perry’s last fight against Luke Rockhold. McGregor seemed keen to enter Bare Knuckle, though the fight seems unlikely with him under UFC contract and expected to fight Michael Chandler sometime in 2024.
Other names Perry mentioned included Khabib and Darren Till – as well as calling out boxers for not wanting to “take off the gloves.”
Whatever’s next, one thing is clear – Mike Perry is the face of BKFC.
