The Ultimate Fighting Championship will return for another Fight Night event this weekend.

The UFC Vegas 55 main event will feature a women’s bantamweight affair between Holly Holm and Ketlen Vieira. Former 135-pound titleholder Holm (14-5, 7-5 UFC) is looking for her third consecutive triumph. Recently, she earned back-to-back decisions over Raquel Pennington and Irene Aldana at UFC 246 and UFC on ESPN 16, respectively. “The Preacher’s Daughter” officially weighed 135.5 pounds.

Vieira (12-2, 6-2 UFC) will attempt to build momentum following her unanimous decision victory over Miesha Tate at UFC Fight Night 198 in November. “Fenomeno” has wins over notable names like Sara McMann, Cat Zingano and Ashlee Evans-Smith. Vieira weighed 136 pounds.

In the co-headliner, Michel Pereira faces Santiago Ponzinibbio at welterweight. Pereira (27-11, 2 NC; 5-2 UFC) is riding a four-bout win streak that includes victories over Niko Price and Andrea Fialho. Ponzinibbio (28-5, 10-4 UFC) is eager to bounce back following a narrow split-decision loss to Geoff Neal at UFC 269. Pereira and Ponzinibbio looked good on the scales as “Demolidor” weighed 170 pounds while the “Argentine Dagger” weighed 170.5.

All the fighters on the card hit the contracted weight.

UFC Vegas 55, also known as UFC Fight Night 206, will go down at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada, on May 21. The card will stream on ESPN+ with the prelims beginning at 4 p.m. ET/1 p.m. PT and the main card at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT.
