Famous Bodybuilder 'Big Boy' Calls for Tito Ortiz Boxing Match, 'I'm Gonna Knock You Out!’

"I got the heat, I got the power. I train with Perillo. I think I got what it takes!"

Big time bodybuilder ‘Big Boy’ is looking for a new sport - calling out MMA legend Tito Ortiz for a boxing match. The Strength Cartel guru met up with Inside Fighting’s Andrew Capucetti on the mean streets of Beverly Hills to talk about ‘Big Boy’s’ plans to take Ortiz to task inside the squared circle.

“I think I’m going to shock the world,” Big Boy replied when asked how the fight with Ortiz will play out. “I’m going to knock that fool out. One-hundred percent, I’m knocking that fool out … no doubt.” Not only is ‘Big Boy’ confident he gets the job done - he thinks he’ll get it done quicker and more impressively than Anderson Silva did. Silva and Ortiz boxed during a Triller event in September, 2021, with “The Spider” winning via 1st-round knockout.

“Worse, worse [than what Anderson Silva did].” Big Boy stated. “I’m going to put that fool into retirement!”

There’s no set date for the bout - but ‘Big Boy’ believes that it could happen on the Andy Ruiz vs. Deontay Wilder card. Either way, he’s ready to go.

“They’re in the mix with this Andy Ruiz-Wilder fight, and they’re talking about [how] we could be on there,” ‘Big Boy’ said. “But I’m ready whenever, so let’s run it.”

The beef started on social media - with both guys calling each other out.

‘Big Boy’s’ final message for Ortiz?

“Let’s get that contract signed. Let’s step in the ring. I’m gonna knock your ass out, dog! Let’s do it!”

Get ready for fireworks.

Nate Diaz is the biggest free agent in the fight game - which is why Eddie Hearn wants to make a boxing megafight between the Pride of Stockton and Canelo Alvarez. It may seem farfetched for fight fans, but Canelo Alvarez himself kept the door open. Inside Fighting's Andrew Capucetti caught up with Alvarez on the streets of Beverly Hills, where Canelo gave a surprising answer.

"Maybe in the future," Canelo responded when asked about the Nate Diaz fight. He's got goals in boxing first - including a rematch against Bivol - but didn't close the door on a showdown with Diaz down the line.
